Maria Daïf was born in 1972 in Casablanca. She spent more than 15 years in Moroccan Medias as a journalist and chief editor, specialized in feminism, art and culture. From December 2015 to November 2018, she was the Head Manager of the Touria and Abdelaziz Tazi Foundation, a private fund dedicated to support art and culture in Morocco and its multidisciplinary cultural space L’Uzine, in Casablanca, Morocco.
