PAUSE (41)

Hoiked junk-pile wood,
Her
Telescope        Lung cracks,
Contemplates gasping.
Murky
Firmament. Chalk sketches droop from walls.

PAUSE (42)

Jackanape tie, Oxfam pinstripes.
Florid
Armchair. White bodies float
Coconut in vitreous humour.
Matting
Creaks protesting.

PAUSE (43)

Nightfall replays. Dragonflies.
Stentor
Of Mucous spleen lining
Bullfrog depletes.
Proclaims
Turf lively. Amorphous breeze finds retching Joe.

PAUSE (44)

Tattered hawthorns strike persiflage
Gestures,
Lattituding Tendon frays
The bone patch.
Unnamed
Avenue. Passing cars glint her eyes.
