Lebanese cartoonists and comics artists have yet to get their due on the international stage. One of the most deserving is Barrack Rima. His work has appeared in some fairly high-profile places, such as World War 3 Illustrated magazine, but he remains underappreciated.
This twenty-page comic should help to convince some people of what they are missing. Reprinted from Samandal, the trilingual magazine of which he is one of the editors, it is…well, let’s just say it’s a ride.
Enjoy.
