Ana Galvañ’s work has always impressed me. Her color work especially, with its subdued yet striking palette, seduces a viewer easily into thinking that the contents will be something like a children’s book. Hardly: her work can be lyrical and gentle but is just as likely to be coarse, wicked, even scatalogical. And that’s a good thing.
This three pager from her is not exactly typical of her work, but certainly representative and comes courtesy of Sunk Artistic Comix. Enjoy.
